Welcome to the Arizona Private Education Scholarship Fund! We are excited that you are interested in utilizing the Tuition Tax Credit program and we want to help you along the way! Families may apply to APESF for two types of awards:

GRANTS | Awarded 3 times per year
Grants are awarded from funds in which a donor recommends a specific child. The recommendation of the donor will be considered in determining the grant allocation, however, all final decisions in awarding grants/scholarships are up to the complete and sole discretion of APESF.

SCHOLARSHIPS | Awarded ONCE per year
Scholarships are awarded based primarily on financial need.

	BE KNOWLEDGEABLE! Educate yourself about the program. The Arizona Tuition Tax Credit Program gives YOU the unique opportunity raise support for your child's education. Did you know that with a little planning on your part, you can reduce your child's tuition to almost nothing? It's true--if 5 donors each make $1000 tax credit contributions and recommend* your child, at least 90% or $4500 will be awarded to him/her as a tuition grant!
	BE PROACTIVE! Communicate the advantages of the program to your friends, family and business associates. (Remember---you're not asking them for a donation; you are asking them to re-direct the taxes they already owe to the state by making a dollar-for-dollar tax CREDIT contribution to APESF.) Start by requesting donation brochures online and then check out our NEW and EXCLUSIVE FASToolkit for helpful tools to assist you in raising support for your child's education.
	BE TUITION-FREE! Enjoy the school year without the stress of tuition payments. In order to be eligible to receive a grant or scholarship, you must complete a Grant/Scholarship Application Form for each child. Please send your completed application to APESF with a copy of page 2 of your most recent tax return and a $10 application fee.
